Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all All Star Elite designer tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
